- Rates: $75/hour or $50/hour for Non-Profits/BUILD Alums
- Capacity: up to 10 people around the table an up to 6 more on surrounding benches
- Possible Event Types: private meetings, retreats, board meetings
- Amenities: high speed WiFi, HDTV screen, OWL conference room camera, coffee and tea service
Main Event Space Rentals
- Rates: $150/hour or $125/hour for Non-Profits/BUILD Alums
- Capacity: up to 50 people seated and 120 standing
- Possible Event Types: Mixers, presentations, round tables, classes, large meetings, formal dinners, community forums
- Amenities: customizable space arrangement, high speed WIFI, HD projector, AV system, coffee and tea service
